Emerging Technologies Speaker Series presents:

HOW MANUFACTURING WORKFORCES ARE BEING TRANSFORMED DUE TO AUGMENTED REALITY

DECEMBER 9, 2020 • 12 PM – 12:45 PM

Manufacturing processes have been dramatically impacted by automation and analytics over recent years.  Augmented Reality is now set to transform factory workforces in a similar disruptive manner.

Learn how organizations throughout the world are currently using Augmented Reality to improve their manufacturing quality and efficiency through improved worker performance.  Listen to an industry expert provide real world examples on how the technology is being currently leveraged and what potential role Augmented Reality will play in the future of manufacturing.

Hosted by the WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation in partnership with the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP), Canadian Association of Mold Makers and Automate Canada.

Allen Ali, Sr.
Solutions Architect, DataRealm

Allen loves to learn, and is a creative problem solver, with years of experience developing and integrating solutions for industrial / manufacturing data and reporting systems. If something makes data that could be used to drive efficiencies, Allen will find a way to collect and report it. He is currently leading a team investigating and developing solutions for Augmented and Mixed Reality in manufacturing.  He is always excited to find new “lego bricks” to use in solving problems.
